Fortunately I have a wonderful doctor who makes sure that he keeps a good watch on my health. If I have questions he answers them and he doesn't rush me through my office visit. Today he did an in office surgery on my toe. He took my ingrown toe nail right out; so I must make sure I do not go out shopping or to church this week. It will take some time to heal. The procedure was not as bad as I thought it would be. He gave me double doses of freezing on my toe because I need more than most people. I did not feel a thing when he took it out. I really wish that now I had a bit of the freezing still in because then I would not feel the pain as much as I do. One thing for sure; I am happy the surgery is over and before I know it the nail will be grown in again.
I look forward to sunny days ahead and less rain as May is ushered in. I will spend the days with my foot up, recuperating, and doing word search puzzles. I should be able to be out and about by the last week in May.
The Wee Few Words of Dylan the Dog
I don't like snow, or rain, or sleet, or storms. I don't even like the old mailman! Ruth says she is going to get me groomed next month and that is going to be wonderful. My hair has grown much to long and it gets into my food and water dishes. Yech! I look forward to feeling the sun on my body. I love it when the green and pretty coloured things grow in the garden. We will go to the park across the street more often. I like it when we go walking and it is a good for both of us. Do not forget to walk your humans often fellow doggies! It is good for every ones health. That is it for this post. See you next time dear readers.
