During the Christmas season, it is important for me to tell people I appreciate and hold dear for various reasons, about my blessings. I have three really awesome children. I don't know them as well as I would like to nor do they know me very well. I have three very pretty and talented granddaughters that I have never met. A lovely and practical sister-in-law. Two wonderful sisters that I absolutely am crazy about. I have three other sisters I barely know, wish I did, but may never know them. I have loved ones that have died or are off in their own little worlds. I have nephews that I barely know and an niece that I adore; but would like to see more often. I have many wonderful, dear, friends; that make my life fuller and more joyful every day. I was fortunate enough to be married for the fourth time, after three rats of various degrees, to the most marvelous, funny, intelligent man in the world for three amazing years. I miss him every day. Anyone who says you forget someone with that dynamic a personality and that is the love of your life is a fool. I am not grieving all the time still, but I will never forget him. My late husband told me that I should find someone within a reasonable length of time. I have a gentleman friend now; who is kind, sweet, and endearing. I also have a very quiet listener. A buddy who only needs to be fed, watered, and have a dry place to sleep. My Pomeranian who will chat with you further down in this post, is a great blessing.
I have church friends, secular friends, house friends, garden friends, old friends, new friends, and a lot of them have proven to be true friends. Each of these people are blessings in my life. My biggest wish is that I get closer and get to know each one of you better every day.
I have some blessings. I don't have the garden to walk in right now but I can always stand knee deep in that icy stuff they call 'snow'. But I do have a friend who lives at the same house as I do and her name is Sandy. She is a very big husky dog and quite beautiful. She is very nice to me and eats everything I don't that is put down on a plate on the floor. All the humans at the house are very nice to me as well. The garden lady is kind to me and in the Spring, Summer, and Fall Ruth and I chat with her in the garden. In the Winter we usually seek shelter in the garage. My lady, Ruth is really nice and I have her wrapped around my little paw. That's about all I have to say this time. Merry Christmas y'all!
